All of Freemasonry lost one of the greats this afternoon. R.:W.: H. Glen Avery passed to the Celestial Lodge and he will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
On behalf of the 16th District, I would like to offer our sincere condolences to Mildred and the family. R.: W.: Glen, as many of you know, state wide, was a stalwart of the Craft and an active member of Winter Park Lodge right up until moving to the Masonic Home.
His various quips and sayings will live on and to all Worshipful Masters, even if you never knew him, if you would, as a tribute, at your next SC drop the gavel EXACTLY at the minute of the posted time… he will be watching.
Rest In Peace my Brother, we love you and will be forever in your debt.
